STUNTsentials NIL Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

The STUNTsentials NIL Affiliate Program (“Program”) is designed exclusively for collegiate STUNT athletes to earn commission through the promotion of STUNTsentials products.

 

By applying to or participating in this Program, you (“Affiliate” or “Athlete”) agree to the terms outlined below.


1. NCAA & Institutional Compliance

 

1.1 You must comply with all NCAA Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rules, as well as any applicable conference and institutional policies.

1.2 It is your responsibility to confirm with your school’s compliance office that participation in this Program is permitted.

1.3 STUNTsentials will not be responsible for any loss of eligibility resulting from failure to comply with NCAA or institutional rules.

 

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be an active collegiate STUNT athlete in good standing with your school and team.
  • Maintain a public social media account for promotional purposes.
  • Submit accurate and current personal, contact, and payment information.
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions before promotion begins.

3. Commission Structure & Payment

3.1 Commission Rates:

  • 10% on orders
    (Commission calculated on the order subtotal before taxes and shipping.)

3.2 Payments:

  • Paid monthly on the 15th via PayPal.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $10. Unpaid balances will roll over to the next month.
  • A valid PayPal account is required to receive payment.

3.3 Tracking:

  • All sales must be tracked through your assigned affiliate link or code.
  • Sales not tracked through official channels will not be eligible for commission.

4. Athlete Obligations

4.1 Promotion Guidelines:

  • Use only approved STUNTsentials logos, images, and product descriptions.
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions per FTC guidelines (e.g., “#ad” or “#sponsored”).
  • Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct:

  • Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.
  • Using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or imagery in promotions.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity to generate sales.

5. Content & Image Rights

By participating, you grant STUNTsentials the non-exclusive right to:

  • Use, share, repost, and modify your promotional content (photos, videos, text) in marketing materials, social media, and our website.
  • Credit you whenever possible in published materials.

You retain ownership of your content and may revoke usage rights in writing at any time.

6. Program Termination & Modifications

6.1 Termination by STUNTsentials:

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Non-compliance with NCAA, conference, or institutional rules
  • Conduct detrimental to the brand’s reputation

6.2 Termination by Athlete:

You may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice.

6.3 Program Changes:

We reserve the right to update commission rates, payment schedules, or other terms at our discretion. Athletes will be notified of changes via email.

7. Agreement & Acknowledgement

By applying to and/or participating in the STUNTsentials NIL Affiliate Program, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining NCAA and institutional compliance.
  • You agree to abide by all policies outlined above.
